Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or using the game (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and does not warrant that any content, features, or functionality will meet your requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Progress and save data are associated with your account and may be lost due to technical issues, account termination, or discontinuation of the Service. The operator is not liable for lost save data.

The Service may offer digital consumable items for purchase. These items are:

• usable only inside the Service;
• licensed to you, not sold — you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them;
• not redeemable for cash or any other currency;
• not transferable between accounts.

All items available for purchase are fictional in-game content with no real-world value.

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency indicated. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. The operator does not receive, store, or process your full payment card details. You agree to Stripe’s applicable terms as part of any purchase. Taxes may apply and, where required, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to make purchases. By completing a purchase you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe any rights, interfere with other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or exploit bugs to obtain items or advantages you did not pay for. The operator may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for conduct that in the operator’s reasonable judgment violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

All content, characters, artwork, text, code, and design of the Service are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these materials outside of normal gameplay.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The operator’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to the operator in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) twenty United States dollars (US$20).

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. The operator may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
